Changes in the Board of Directors structure of JSC "Nurbank"
New structure of the Board of Directors was approved on the extraordinary meeting of JSC"Nurbank» shareholders held on June, 8. At present, it consists of Raushan Erzhanova — Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eduard Kreimer and independent director Marina Semenova. Full powers of previous Board of Directors, consisting of Nurali Aliyev (Chairman), Dariga Nazarbayeva, Duman Seitov, Raushan Erzhanova (independent director) and Bektas Mukhametzhanov (independent director), have been terminated prematurely. During the meeting was made a decision not to pay dividends to the Members of the Board of Directors.

Proposal to the Shareholders of JSC”Nurbank”
In accordance with the point 3 of chapter 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Joint Stock companies» and in connection with acquisition of more than 30 (thirty) percent of voting shares of JSC"Nurbank» in May 2010, hereby, the major shareholder of the Bank — Sofia T. Sarsenova, suggests to the rest shareholders of JSC"Nurbank» to sell their shares for 14 882,51 tenge (fourteen thousand eight hundred eighty two tenge 51 tiyn) per share.

Nurbank has issued five-year KZT bonds
/February 09/ Nurbank is pleased to announce that it has executed five-year unsubordinated bond issue in the amount of KZT 16 bln. The issue was duly registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations.
