MaratZairov

Mr. Marat Zairov has wide work experience in banking sector. In different periods he has been Head of Credit Department of “Alem Bank Kazakhstan”, Head of Department review of credit agreements “Eximbank Kazakhstan”, Head of Division, Head of Department of OJSC “Kazkommertsbank” (1995-1997), Deputy Chairman CJSC “BankTuranAlem” (1997), Deputy Chairman of OJSC “Temirbank” (1997-1998), Deputy Chairman – member of the Management Board of CJSC “BankTuranAlem” (1998-2000). From August 2000 Mr. Zairov held a position of Deputy Chairman of JSC “Halyk Bank Kazakhstan”.

Mr. Zairov has graduated from Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov, Faculty of Economics, with qualification of “economist, teacher of political economy” in 1992. In 2000 he received a second higher education, graduated from Kazakh State Law Academy with qualification “lawyer”. He has Ph.D in economics.

Deputy Chairman

Rauan Daukenov

Mr. Daukenov has a great experience of working in financial sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In different periods of career he has been working in corporate sector and state regulatory financial institutions such as Treasury system of the Ministry of Finance of RK, the National Bank of RK, National securities commission and Brokerage and dealing company — Money Experts.

Mr. Rauan Daukenov graduated from Kazakh Economic University and got MBA degreefrom Reims Management School, France. He has got the certificate of “International Accounting Standrads Course” (United Kingdom).

In Nurbank Mr. Daukenov supervises activities of Investment Banking Department, Treasury Department and Bank’s subsidiaries.

Deputy Chairman

Saken Akhmetov

Mr. Saken Akhmetov has a considerable experience in banking sector as well as in corporate sector. From 1995 to 2002 he has worked for JSC “Halyk Bank” directly dealing with issues of structured finance, working with SME sector and large corporate clients. Gained experience allowed him in 2002 to go into the corporate sector in leading positions. Mr. Akhmetov has joined Nurbank on July 2010 as a Counselor and was appointed as a Deputy Chairman on January 2011. In Nurbank he supervises activity of corporate and SME sector.

Mr. Akhmetov has graduated from Tashkent State Pedagogical University of Foreign Languages named after F. Engels. In 1996-1997 he successfully graduated from the Republican Institute of Retraining Registration with degree in Accounting and Economics.

Managing Director

Mansur Moldakhmetov

Mr. Moldakhmetov has a wide experience in working with the problem loans. In different periods he obtained the positions of leading specialist in problem loans of AOF JSC “Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan”, Head of Problem Loans Division of JSC “Nurbank”, Adviser to the Chairman of the Management Board, Deputy Director of Problem loans Department, Director of Problem loans Department of JSC “Temirbank”, Director of Problem loans Department of JSC “BTA Bank”. Being on the position of Deputy Chairman of JSC “Temirbank”, he has being fulfilled the supervision and coordination of Problem loans Department, Legal Department and Collateral Department activities.

Mansur Moldakhmetov graduated from the High School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with qualification — “lawyer”.

In Nurbank Mr. Moldakhmetov supervises the activity of Corporate Problem loans Department, SME problem loans Department, Retail Problem loans Department.

Managing Director

Maksut Tenbayev

Mr. Tenbayev, responsible for development of retail business and branch network, holds a position of managing director and is currently member of the Management Board. Mr. Tenbayev has experience in banking sector more than 9 years, starting from the senior manager in department of bank cards development in JSC “Halyk Bank”. From 2005 to 2010 he held leading position in JSC “Kaspi Bank” and prior to Nurbank he held a position of Director of Branch of JSC “Kaspi Bank” in Karaganda. He has practical leadership experience.

Mr. Tenbayev has graduated from the Kazakh State University of Economics and Law with degree in Finance.

Managing Director

Gulnara Musatayeva

Ms. Musatayeva over the years of her work has gained valuable experience both in state regulators and commercial structures. Her work activity is associated with such organizations as Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations, National Bank of Kazakhstan as well as large commercial bank of Kazakhstan. In May 2011 Ms. Musatayeva has been invited to Nurbank to the position of Managing Director.

Ms. Musatayeva graduated from Karaganda State University with specialization of “Jurisprudence”. In Nurbank Ms. Musateyva supervises activity of Legal Department and Collateral Department.

Chief Financial Officer

Rishat Zhakanbayev

Mr. Rishat Zhakanbayev has a considerable experience in financial sphere. He started his professional career in this sphere in 1993, on the position of the accountant of operations department of the Kazakh Central Joint Stock Company “CentrBank”. In different periods, Mr. Zhakanbayev held positions of Deputy Chief Accountant and Chief Accountant of the banks, such as CJSC “Zhilstroibank”, OJSC “Center Credit Bank”, JSC “Development Bank of Kazakhstan”. JSC “Alliance Bank”. On July 2010, he was invited to the position of Chief Accountant to JSC “Nurbank”, and on the January of 2011 Mr. Zhakanbayev was appointed as the CFO of JSC “Nurbank”.

Mr. Zhakanbayev has graduated from the Kazakh State Economic University, majoring in finance and received a bachelor’s degree in Law of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University in the name of Abay.
